Is this spring?

So this is the spring - heavy snow falls and lots of rain! Not very nice at all - it would be good if it could be aranged to rain when we sleep but as for the snow, it can go back whence it came, it's certainly not welcome here!!
Not a great deal of news since Christmas. Morgan, Joanna and Paul are all doing well. Morgan is growing and becoming more interesting - it is good to see him via the webcam each week. Joanna and Paul also keep us well catered for in photos so we don't feel as if we are too cut off. We are really looking forward to our trip down-under at Easter when John will get his first chance to see his grandson for real! If this blog site is working properly there will be some photos.


Jonathan and Jen's wedding plans are coming together well - they are doing all the work and planning, which is good because it means it will be exactly as they want it to be. They have also completed all the necessary checks for their Australian visa application - now all they have to do is wait for it to be processed, which could be another 2 months.

I am definitely retiring from school this summer - my resignation has been accepted, so I am now on a big countdown to July. Yipee!!
