Reverend John Langley

Just a quick blog to update you all on our latest news. On Saturday last, John was ordained as a Deacon in the Anglican Independant Communion so he is now Rev. John Langley as you will see from the photos I will try to attach to this blog.
In December he will be "priested" which means he will then be the Rev. Father John and be allowed to conduct Communion services, hear confession, perform Christenings, Baptism, weddings etc.
It was a lovely service, held in a chapel in Burton on Trent. Jonathan and Jen came, as did John's mum so it was a lovely time.
Must dash now and try to get the photos to attach to this.

Bye for now.

Dear Trish and John,
These are fantastic photos and it sounds is if it was a really special occasion. It is a mixture of solemn and celebration. All the more special when the most important members of your family are able to share these special moments. I have to say that you look very comfortable in your 'priestly robes'. This turns another page in your personal journey and who knows the doors that will open from here. Will this make Trish 'the Rev. Mother'??
Hope you are all well and cant wait to see you all at some time.
Love Derek and Helenxx
